These terms apply to QRCodeMaster (qrcodemaster.com), a service of Q8Digital in Kuwait, including the website, the dashboard, digital business cards, NFC cards and QR codes. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
QRCodeMaster lets you create and manage dynamic QR codes, digital business cards and related pages, and order printed NFC cards that open them. Dynamic codes and cards point to pages hosted by us, so you can change the content without reprinting.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details private and make sure the information on your account is accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including users you invite.
3. Your content
You own the content you publish, such as names, photos, logos and links, and you are responsible for it. You confirm that it is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to use it, including the personal details of any staff whose cards you manage. You allow us to host and display it to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, including phishing, malware, spam, fraud, links to illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break this rule.
5. NFC cards and printing
We print cards from the design you approve. Please check names, numbers and spelling on the proof; printed colours can differ slightly from screens. We reprint at our cost if a card is faulty or we made an error.
6. Quotes and payment
Prices are given in a tailored quote. Fees, billing periods and payment terms are those in your quote or invoice. If payment is overdue we may suspend the service until it is settled.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features over time.
8. Intellectual property
The QRCodeMaster software, design and brand belong to Q8Digital and its licensors. You may not copy or resell them.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. When an account or subscription ends, its dynamic QR codes and card pages stop working. Ask us before then if you want a copy of your data.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
